Love the rewards points, immediate response by staff when a restaurant doesn't have delivery available and immediate crediting back to your card. Appreciate that they relay information quickly between customer and restaurant if necessary. Sometimes the options on the menus for extras or sizes are not as comprehensive as Seamless so I hope that continues to improve. Overall very satisfied with the available listings for both home and work neighborhoods and very fast, reliable results.

The good: -easy to use and great menu layout (esp on the iPhone) -gives you the option to pay cash or credit -stores previous orders for quick reorders or to look up that delicious sushi roll you got 3 weeks ago -special discounts offered regularly The not so good: -I feel like there should be more points awarded, or that redeemable credit should cost less -app on iPhone crashes every now and then

I use the Mobile App 90% more than the website. The app is great but it can crash like all other apps. Both are easy to use and straightforward with minimal garbage.

I love Delivery.com. The weekend coupons they email out are awesome and have come in handy so many times. The website is easy to use and clear and it's great to be able to browse all of my options at one time and see reviews of each place. Good range of local rrstaurants but app frequently freezes and crashes. Also can't seem to get discounts (delivered by email ) to be applied on apps, even though I'm signed in using that email address.

I really enjoy using delivery.com for the ease of ordering, but I have found that restaurants will prioritize traditional orders first (leading to longer delivery times). Additionally, some restaurants do not even know there is an order until you call to see where your order is. Also, restaurants need to read the comments on the order, otherwise the option to leave comments should be removed. Otherwise, I do enjoy using the service.

I use delivery.com over other services because every weekend they send me a coupon for $8 off $20, which is amazing. The rewards points system is not generous, but also okay (compared to grubhub, which doesn't give you anything any more).

Delivery.com offers generous discounts, unfortunately there are often technical issues with trying to access them. It's supposed to be automatic, but it winds up being more of a hassle than simply giving a promotional code to enter at checkout.

While I enjoy the service in general and the customer service has generally been good, I struggle with the restaurant selection.

The points don't accumulate fast, but the reward choices you have once you do have enough points are pretty good. Also good selection of delivery options.

I think delivery.com is just as good (or bad) as any other online delivery website, but I get $8 off an order of $20 or more every week! Seriously, every weekend, they roll out this deal. I'm hooked!

I love this website. Seriously i've recommended it already to everyone in my office! It's far better than GrubHub especially since points are given to you. I have one specific place I almost always order from, and I couldn't find them on GrubHub but Delivery.com had it. I really never leave the office to go out and buy food. I sit at my computer and click click click away on Delivery.com. Definitely worth it.
