Brooklyn, NY - the app closed out after I completed my first purchase. I waited 30 min before reordering just incase the vendor received my first order. I placed a second order and called your Help Desk to confirm I wasn’t double ordering. The attendant on the phone service was wonderful. They confirmed that my first order didn’t process. I’ve had this happen before with the app when it shuts down after placing a re-order.
