At first thiught it was great I got a ps5 it says 2-3 business day and im like alright sure it has been more than that I've tried contacting them they reply late and with not much of an answer im still waiting for my answer which I have sent 18 hours ago or more it was for my sons birthday I just wished It came sooner I mean im still waiting not as if has arrived so let's see how long will It take..apart from customer answering and support team issues delivery issues yk I think is great but these r major issues as if u say that you helpline are always open clearly they aren't as im not getting no answer after days or hours literally I got a reply with " May I kindly ask the date you need the item by? I will do my best to facilitate and I will post using a next day service free of charge for you. " I was like yess finally now it will be faster ehm no just got left on with not answer and already onto the next day where I wanted the parcel to be delivered to its been just 18 hours you know
