Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

Use of DC Law for Conveyancing
I used DC Law to provide the conveyancing for the sale of my two bedroom maisonette between January and September 2024. Their fee for the services was reasonable. Their on-line system allowed me to read relevant information and add specific information and complete actions all in one place. This system was very easy to use. The conveyancer, Harry Sawbridge, was very helpful when I had queries. Our estate agents also had access to DC Law which was beneficial. Overall, I was very pleased with the services provided in getting the sale over the line. I would highly recommend DC Law for conveyancing services.

I have had an absolutely horrendous experience with DC Law. I tried complaining to management and it only got worse. The staff were abrasive, rude, accusatory, negligent, and unresponsive. Their negligence has caused my transaction to fall through and the response when I complained to management has been equally as rude and abrasive - asking me to stop emailing senior management to stop complaining whilst not resolving my issue. I had to get another law firm to review the work they did just to help me understand the situation. I am hopeful the transaction doesnβt fall through and that I have better experiences when some of the senior leaders see my emails but I am not holding my breath. After posting about my issue on social media I received responses that other people have had similar experiences. One person who works in mortgages says she actively advises her clients AGAINST using this firm (and any firm within the simplify group). If you care about your transaction, avoid this company at all costs. I intend to never work with them again and will place a contingency on all my real estate transactions that no firm within the Simplify group is used within the transaction. I also work within real estate investments and intend to share my experiences at my company to advise the same. I intend on issuing a formal complaint to the ombudsman and to the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.

Outstanding from Gemma Jones
I was a bit wary of the eway system and how it works. However once up and running it was actually really good. What made the experience though was the exceptional service we had from our conveyor Gemma Jones and also Emily Sibley. Gemma was 'on it' from day one and we always felt she was working hard getting the legal work completed. She answered any queries we had promptly and was a credit to DC Law. We want to thank you one again and would highly recommend Gemma and Emily.

5 stars to Daisy!
Our assigned conveyancer was Emma H. She seemed to be incompetent. She always seemed fed up and had a bad attitude. Conveyancing took 4 months which is far too long for a sale with no chain either side. Emma Hill hung onto buyer enquiries for 2 months. Not responding to emails or phone calls. Our Help to Buy valuation almost expired. Us and our buyers became so anxious. The process was so unnecessarily stressful. I am sure this would have been longer if we hadnβt complained to DC LAW directly. Luckily her supervisor Daisy D took over, tied up loose ends, finished the buyer enquiries and completed in 3 weeks from taking over. We thank Daisy so much for moving our case along, for her attitude, her attentiveness and for keeping us updated. 5 stars for Daisy!! If it wasnβt for Daisy I would have rated DC LAW 1 star.
