Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

DCLaw and Harry, provided a fantastic service where the most significant experience is its communications and efficiency, professionalism and friendliness. DCLaw has an intuitive professional web portal to show past, present and outstanding documents to be actioned or reviewed. Anything new uploaded into the portal is alerted via text message and email. Even when DCLaw receives any posted documents from me, these are uploaded; providing confidence it has been received and processed. On a regular basis, Harry would contact to see if all is well and to make sure all communications from other parties are aligned, even contacting or emailing other parties on my behalf. Delays from other parties in a purchase of a property is inevitable. Harry would be there to assist and push to resolve delays within his powers. I would use DCLaw again, and certainly recommend their services.

Great experience clear pricing and good communication.
Kayleigh was our assigned conveyancer and was great throughout the process. Our buyers and solicitors were extremely difficult at times often taking weeks to respond, they were first time buyers so we had no chain. We were buying a newbuild so the process was relatively smooth from our side. Kayleigh or a colleague in her absence was always available to answer and questions we had. Kayleigh was great in responding to our buyers queries and demands as we got close to exchange. This helped massively in getting the sale across the line.
