Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I would agree with Sylvia whose review of 2nd July sums it up. They are also my buyers solicitors and have asked for simple things they cant find like an EPC which they claim is not current. Well it is clearly, if they bothered to look on the Government website, it seems they just look for excuse's for the delays and blame everyone else.

The portal is great as you can see which stage you are at in the process and it shows anything you are required to do.
