Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

5pm update- it would appear that Kirsty has got clarification on issues. All appears to be good at our end - the problem appears to be with the buyer's buyer. Shame that communication wasn't clear and with the dashboard issues. 10am update - THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE BUT I'VE RECEIVED NO CONTACT FROM TRUSTPILOT THAT I AM ABLE TO RESPOND TO. Help. We are due complete our sale on the 21st of February. I've been locked out of the eWay dashboard because 4 days ago I had an email telling me that my email was no longer stored against the case. However, my brother (who is also an executor, but has power reserved) gets emails and texts that he has no power to act upon. I've had little but vague correspondence from the conveyancer, who has now gone off sick. The estate agents (who recommended DC Law) tell me that the conveyancer has enquiries but I can't get any clarification on what this means. What is going on?

This is an honest review of DC Law
This is an honest review of DC Law. Please make judgment for yourself as this review is purely from our experience. From the start, I just knew that DC Law would be a good firm, due to them matching a quote I had from another company, without hesitation, which was lovely as we used them for the sale and purchase. Which meant, a lot of money was going to be spent. First off, we got given access to a portal in which everything you would need to know is within the portal. This was fantastic as it enabled us to see how the process was coming along and it reduced the amount of emails needing to be sent. Which is a winner for everyone. However, when emails are needed to be sent, they are, the mistake we made is always wanting an update, Tanya doesn’t like to give people pointless updates, which we didn’t understand at first, but she explained that on the phone. The Solicitor that had been assigned to our case Tanya Lammond, what can I say? She is an absolute credit to DC Law and they should be extremely proud to have her working for them. It took us 9 months unfortunately due to the bottom chain Solicitor, however, that didn’t stop Tanya, she worked tirelessly on the case, even on Christmas Eve. Tanya also needs to be recognised by DC Law for the additional effort she had to put in on our buyers case, due to the buyers solicitor being useless. So not only was she carrying out our case but also carrying out lots of legal work for our buyer. Hats off to you Tanya. DC Law as a whole, just a fantastic company, assertive, friendly, good on their prices & if your case manager goes on annual leave, the case has a secondary handler that is also just as component, this fills you with great confidence that your in good hands. We had an absolutely amazing experience with them and to be quite frank, couldn’t have gone any better with them. We will be using DC Law and Tanya for every house move we do. 1000000% recommend DC Law to anyone that is wanting to move.

Very Helpful and clear
It was great to use a law firm working with the law firm dealing with a probate Keran was responsive to any queries and efficiently went about tasks she had to perform. Exchange and Completion happened on the same day and she dealt with this very calmly and professionally and got everything over the line in time She was courteous and polite and clear at all times and a pleasure to work with. A very positive experience
Today I exchanged and completed on a probate house sale. I was very impressed with Megan, who was extremely professional and efficient throughout the process. She responded really quickly to emails and made sure that the process was clear. I felt that she was very responsive to any difficulties and concerned to do her best for me as a client. I liked the eWay dashboard which made it easy to see where we had got to in the sale. I would highly recommend her and the firm.

First time selling a property and the people at DC Law were always friendly answering my newbie questions. Rachel Samosa and also Lisa Rimmer were very patient with me especially after the first sale fell through. Very efficient in the completion of the final sale. Would highly recommend.
