Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. Tanya Lammond has been excellent throughout the process of the sale of my property. She has always been available to give good, clear advice and updates as the sale progressed. An added complication to what should have been a straightforward sale, was a request for a Deed of Variation by the buyers solicitors which added considerably to the timescales. Without Tanya’s hard work to resolve this issue, the sale could have potentially fallen through. I would strongly recommend Tanya and DC Law to anyone considering selling their property.
