5pm update- it would appear that Kirsty has got clarification on issues. All appears to be good at our end - the problem appears to be with the buyer's buyer. Shame that communication wasn't clear and with the dashboard issues. 10am update - THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE BUT I'VE RECEIVED NO CONTACT FROM TRUSTPILOT THAT I AM ABLE TO RESPOND TO. Help. We are due complete our sale on the 21st of February. I've been locked out of the eWay dashboard because 4 days ago I had an email telling me that my email was no longer stored against the case. However, my brother (who is also an executor, but has power reserved) gets emails and texts that he has no power to act upon. I've had little but vague correspondence from the conveyancer, who has now gone off sick. The estate agents (who recommended DC Law) tell me that the conveyancer has enquiries but I can't get any clarification on what this means. What is going on?
