Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I recently purchased a flat, and my solicitor, Mana Wilkinson, was very professional, considerate, and responsive. She was great to deal with on all levels. Obviously, the process of purchasing a property is frustrating in this country, and it is not the solicitor firm's fault. But it does take a couple of months, and it can be frustrating. Overall, I highly recommend this firm, and I specifically recommend my solicitor, Mana Wilkinson.

Excellent and professional throughout
I was fortunate to have Amy Yates handling my conveyancing and she was extremely professional. There were a number of complex issues in the conveyancing and she was clear throughout in her explanations throughout. This was really helpful to somebody like myself who was not familiar with the legal aspects. Her response time was excellent throughout the sale. I would recommend in the highest terms.

First time I was dealing with probate and naturally I was a bit apprehensive. D C Law contacted me by email and gave me my contract. This contact was Nasreen Aktar and from day 1 she has been exceptional. She kept me informed every step of the way and if I had a problem she helped me sort it out. Appalling service- AVOID!!
Appalling service wouldn't even give the 1 star if there was an option. Case Ref: D232284.00001 Part of a chain of 5 with DC Law overseeing my sale and purchase and they are also looking after the bottom of a chain also. All parties in the chain along with the other solicitors are ready for completion on 24th February 2025 and all enquiries are completed in relation to all parties. However DC Law seem intent on letting the whole thing collapse and are disinterested in trying to ever get anything resolved. It is always someone else's fault. No sense of urgency, empathy or customer care. Not once in my whole case which started end of July 2024!! have I been contacted proactively about my case it was always me having to chase them. Promised a call from a senior person at DC Law which they never did. Now I am told today that even though everyone else is ready for 24th February completion is likely not to happen with no real reason, I feel this is because I have told them I am dissatisfied with the service they are actively trying to sabotage which is abhorrent. These issues could easily be remedied but they genuinely just cannot be bothered. Avoid this firm at all costs! Update 25th February - completion hasn’t happened as it was planned because of DC LAW, still haven’t been contacted by anyone to discuss my concerns and provided information below and also tried to contact you directly. Shambles
