Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

Very disappointing to say the least
Having read through other reviews I feel sadly cheated. I would love to know what this companies Service Level Agreements are, as it take days if not a week or more to get a reply to an email from our conveyancer. Even though we have outlined the urgency of our position re the sale we still get little response back .Perhaps we are just unlucky with our conveyancer, but its really poor service. So disappointing and unnecessary to say the least and with a future probate not that far away I will be looking to go elsewhere.

Absolutely horrific
Absolutely horrific - first time buyers trying to complete on our first house - we bought our first property through Haart estate agents DC law recommends them to sellers/buyers for recommendation and wouldn’t even waste my time getting a quote. We have been lied to with chasing updates saying they can’t get through to people I ring them straight away and can get through immediately! Our solicitor sent documents and enquiries to be raised two weeks and hadn’t got a reply until we chased our estate agent! Don’t waste your breath on them - awful experience made our first time buying the most stressful because people can’t carry our there job properly and you might aswell do it for them aswell as carrying out a full time job. Emma don’t recommend rude rude rude, so unhelpful and can’t pick the phone up! Which just leave you constantly chasing!

We had a great experience with Harry! Before starting the buying process we were really concerned since everyone we know had had terrible experiences with their conveyancer, thankfully it wasn’t our case! Harry was helpful, always transparent with us and quick in providing feedback.

5 star service for this firm ! I got DC Law recommended to me by my friend and I'm so so glad we decided to go ahead with them. We've been working with Ollie who has been exceptional, working (as it seemed) day and night, responding to emails late in the evening and then early in the morning the next day. I can honestly say that setting up pension was more difficult than buying our first property with DC Law. We received access to a great tool where we could see all the updates, incoming emails, take actions etc. Additionally Ollie was in constant contact with us via email and phone. It's also hard to understand all the legal/financial lingo but that was not a problem here as any question we ever had was translated into first time buyer friendly language. We never had to chase for anything, we were informed who will take over our case when Ollie was away from the office (thank you Harry!) and they never tried to sell us something we don't need/can get elsewhere. I just can't recommend DC Law enough and I hope someone will come across this review and will pursue with the firm :)

Stress Free FTB buyers experience
As first time buyers we spent allot of time doing research on the buying process for a house, trying to understand all the stages and pitfalls that could go wrong. I am happy to say after our experience with DC Law (Oliver and his team) during our conveyancing process it was as stress free as could be. The communication was frequent keeping us up-to date at every step, noting what is required from us and what is being done to solve any delays we encountered. They provided a professional service throughout and we will 100% be going back to request there services again if required in the future. Thank you again DC Law!!!

Smooth as possible
DC Law made the process as simple as possible. I really liked their dashboard which made progress clear. This was a slightly complicated Probate sale and Lisa Rimmer was compassionate and efficient throughout. She got back to me very quickly with any responses and was always helpful.

I recently used DC Law when selling a leasehold property
I recently used DC Law when selling a flat. They were recommended by my estate agent. My usual conveyancer could not accommodate me so I went with DC Law. Kirsty Rimmer was the lady that dealt with my sale. She and her team were excellent. I was updated as the sale progressed. My queries were responded to promptly. I even had a reply to an email on a Saturday. That is what you call a good service. 100% recommended.
