Appalling service- AVOID!!
Appalling service wouldn't even give the 1 star if there was an option. Case Ref: D232284.00001 Part of a chain of 5 with DC Law overseeing my sale and purchase and they are also looking after the bottom of a chain also. All parties in the chain along with the other solicitors are ready for completion on 24th February 2025 and all enquiries are completed in relation to all parties. However DC Law seem intent on letting the whole thing collapse and are disinterested in trying to ever get anything resolved. It is always someone else's fault. No sense of urgency, empathy or customer care. Not once in my whole case which started end of July 2024!! have I been contacted proactively about my case it was always me having to chase them. Promised a call from a senior person at DC Law which they never did. Now I am told today that even though everyone else is ready for 24th February completion is likely not to happen with no real reason, I feel this is because I have told them I am dissatisfied with the service they are actively trying to sabotage which is abhorrent. These issues could easily be remedied but they genuinely just cannot be bothered. Avoid this firm at all costs! Update 25th February - completion hasn’t happened as it was planned because of DC LAW, still haven’t been contacted by anyone to discuss my concerns and provided information below and also tried to contact you directly. Shambles
