We had a great experience with Harry! Before starting the buying process we were really concerned since everyone we know had had terrible experiences with their conveyancer, thankfully it wasn’t our case! Harry was helpful, always transparent with us and quick in providing feedback.

I am very disappointed with the quality of their services. We left the property on March 2023 and after 4 months we are still waiting for the deposit to be refunded. We had to contact TDS only to find out that Streets Ahead had the refunds and it was their responsibility to return it. C from the property management team (who doesn’t answer to most emails) ignored most of my request for an update and after 4 months, she had the audacity to say “I’m sending the request to Accounts, you will receive it in the next 3 working days.” C is the most unprofessional person you will ever deal with. We even had a deduction on our deposit for issues that we reported to Streets Ahead’s portal and to C via email but she did nothing about it. If you rent from them make sure to have everything in writing, after every phone call make sure to send a writing confirmation of the convo. They are not trustworthy.
