Very disappointing to say the least
Having read through other reviews I feel sadly cheated. I would love to know what this companies Service Level Agreements are, as it take days if not a week or more to get a reply to an email from our conveyancer. Even though we have outlined the urgency of our position re the sale we still get little response back .Perhaps we are just unlucky with our conveyancer, but its really poor service. So disappointing and unnecessary to say the least and with a future probate not that far away I will be looking to go elsewhere.
