Items constantly out of stock

Fast shipping and no issues other than the fact that they are constantly out of stock on almost everything. Weeks at a time items are out of stock. I pay for the monthly vault membership to get free shipping but it’s a waste of money when I can never find anything to order. They need to figure out their stocking issues or I’ll be finding a new website to use.

Will never use them again!!

Will never use them again!!! I placed an order on June 28th and still haven't received it (July 14th). Supposedly FedEx has been having issues with shipping. Funny how I've ordered different products from different companies with no FedEx issues. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

THE WORST COMPANY

Worst Experience that I had like a customer. Hope that maybe they will hire people who know how to do their job! I ordered on 02/04 with The hope that I will get my order on 02/10 . After I tried to Find out when my order will arrive, The lady Constanza that “help me out with my order and my issue” wanted to charge me exactly The amount that i paid for the bottles just to be sure my order it s gonna be there friday, not talking about that they kept me 3 days over the phone trying to explain that the order will not arrive if I will not pay more . After I told them it will be fine to arrive in Any day after that, they cancel my order when I asked them to not cancel Even if it s not gonna he friday . Short story , Even after I stayed over The phone for 4 days trying to get my order for my birthday, never got it, and now my money it s not Even back, they got me credits on The app shop.

I have made my first and last order…

I have made my first and last order with this company. I placed an order a month ago for a product that was shown to be in stock. The DAY it was supposed to arrive, I was notified that they were out of stock. This should have been brought to my attention days beforehand. After days of smoke and mirrors "2 weeks" I requested a full refund. You should not claim to have things in stock that you don't. I will not waste my time and hard earned money with this company again.

AWFUL!!

Scammers!! Placed my first and last order a week before Christmas. They blamed lack of info on shipping company. I had to initiate all communication, which was useless. I think they have a standard reply for everything. They did not even respond to my complaint! Order never received after numerous promises and guarantees. STAY AWAY!!!

Miserably failed to deliver as promised.

Promised delivery in 6 days, but was slow to get out, so they changed it to an unacceptable 12 days! I called to request cancelation and they refused to. No-one will be home to accept this, as we are traveling overseas before they deliver. Will NEVER order from them again, or recommend them to anyone. Bad, bad service, QW&S...

Horrible experience !!!!

Ordered a item for a gift I get a email That the order was canceled So I emailed them Why was it canceled? Got no reply Reordered from another company received the item Now 2 days later I get a reply email that the order is being re-shipped I replied what happened with THEM canceling my order with no reason And told them refund my money and Do not reship Of course the reply was It’s to late it already shipped I think this is bull because I have the email of THEM canceling AND I forwarded that email to them I needed a gift And I sent it from another business because YOU canceled my order Now I’m stuck paying for this order that I don’t need Horrible!

I ordered a pretty pricey bottle of bourbon on 8/30/22. I received a tracking # that day. I still have not received my bourbon nor has the tracking # shown movement. I’ve spoke with them daily and get the run around. Now they are supposed to be refunding as it still has not shipped. That hasn’t happened either! I will never do business with them. Be very careful of this company.

following my previous review i have just received an email from customer services advising that the item which i ordered is not in stock and offering a substitute product which is at a lower price. this company cannot be taken seriously and i have requested my payment to be returned in full failing which i will request that the cc company reverses the transaction

Scammers

I signed up for the vault membership and it never worked. After repeated text with them and still no access to the vault benefits I asked them to cancel and refund my money. They canceled but never gave a refund then stopped responding to my text.

Great shipping but came with unauthorized charges. Each and every time i placed an order, I received what I paid for, but I would have a follow up unauthorized charge. After I stopped using this service, the unauthorized charges stopped. So someone employed there is dirty.

Highly Recommend!

Looking for a website that will help you find the wines you can't even find in your local malls. cwspirits.com is the answer, I've ordered PatrÓn Tequila Collection because I'm having hard time looking for this product in any mall nearby through this website and luckily I got one. I still have one bottle left from holiday. Will prolly order again here.

NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN Had 2 orders. I Messed up both orders , one had a wrong shipping address and the other had wrong billing address. Ordered on the last day of the year. A few days Later Received email that one of the orders were cancelled, because payment did not go through. I could see the item pending on my credit card for the item they said was returned. I thought I would use their chat feature. Tried to explain what was going on, told the story about the incorrect shipping information,but all I recvd back was..."ma'am" this and that....Very RUDE. Next day call customer service and the representative explained that if the shipping account incorrect then I should of cancelled that one and redone the order. The problem was customer service changed the shipping information, not me. SO WHY IS THIS MY ISSUE, and why was their resolve for me to to fix and not them. Customer service very nice - chat feature NOT. Also found that this companys employee are not trained to prevent or correct their own mistakes. Clueless. Took my dollars to another company who appreciated my order. NEVER AGAIN

Package Delay Again!

I placed an order on 12/22/2020. I paid $28.72 Shipping & Handling for Shipping Method CWS - Ground (2-5 Business Days). I checked UPS and was advised....Package Delay Updated: 12/29/2020 10:36 A.M. EST Scheduled Delivery Wednesday 01/06/2021 Estimated Time by 9:00 P.M. Is this REALLY HAPPENING AGAIN???? This is the SECOND TIME I've experienced this. I requested an adjustment for the $28.72 Shipping & Handling for Shipping Method CWS - Ground (2-5 Business Days). I have yet to receive a response. NEVER AGAIN!!!
