NEVER AGAIN
NEVER AGAIN Had 2 orders. I Messed up both orders , one had a wrong shipping address and the other had wrong billing address. Ordered on the last day of the year. A few days Later Received email that one of the orders were cancelled, because payment did not go through. I could see the item pending on my credit card for the item they said was returned. I thought I would use their chat feature. Tried to explain what was going on, told the story about the incorrect shipping information,but all I recvd back was..."ma'am" this and that....Very RUDE. Next day call customer service and the representative explained that if the shipping account incorrect then I should of cancelled that one and redone the order. The problem was customer service changed the shipping information, not me. SO WHY IS THIS MY ISSUE, and why was their resolve for me to to fix and not them. Customer service very nice - chat feature NOT. Also found that this companys employee are not trained to prevent or correct their own mistakes. Clueless. Took my dollars to another company who appreciated my order. NEVER AGAIN
