When Fedex mishandled the delivery, CW contacted me, let me know what happened and re-shipped with another carrier. Their customer service was excellent and the value of the purchase was, as usual, vey good.

Easy to use web site, many items cheaper than local, free shipping on orders over a small dollar amount. Great packing and arrived earlier than promised.
CW is a great way to get the spirits I want. They have a great selection and the prices are very competitive. The fact they offer free shipping is a big plus. I highly recommend them, especially in this time when it is uncomfortable to go out. The only thing I would like to see is them offering the 1.75L bottle of Buffalo Trace Bourbon.
What an amazing experience! Somehow the original shipment was lost, then found damaged, and soon returned to the CWS. Throughout the entire process, I was kept abreast of all the developments. All the “legwork” was done from CWS’s end. I felt so cared for! Their aid through swift communication actually made the process effortless. I am most grateful and hope I have many opportunities to tell of the excellent care and service extended to me! Thank you CWS! Well Done!
I really appreciated being able to purchase the crown royal peach...but for 70$ per bottle! When I saw the price on the website I automatically thought it was the big bottles! You live and you learn I guess.
Great service after many orders
Bottle came damaged. Seal was broken and it leaked. Company would only reimburse me 50%? Since the seal was broken I was concerned that it may have been tampered with so I didn't want to drink anything that was left but wanted a replacement. They wouldn't replace it when it was there fault on bad shipping.
Shipping was fast. The shipper was slow. Took a while to get here. My Scotch went from CA, to CA, AZ, NM, OK, IA, IL, OH, PA, PA, PA, MD, MD, to me (LOL). Always wanted to try 30 year old scotch but that should be barrel aged.
Original delivery was returned because of damage to the shipper. However I was happy to hear they would resend the product and file a claim with the shipper without any issue to me. Still awaiting for my purchase to be received should arrive tomorrow cant wait.

Prices were reasonable. Shipping took a couple days longer than it was supposed to but that is normal with everything now.
I had a problem with delivery but they made it right and I finally got it (covid times). I got my vodka and happy as a bird.
I ordered this as a birthday gift 21/2 weeks ago, and the recipients still have not received it. What rating would you give yourselves for that type of performance?
The liquor was great, got exactly what I ordered and it arrived by Fedex Ground in less than a week, going from one coast to the other. I don't like the styrofoam nuggets you used for packing. I didn't have those on my first delivery from you all. Those things are very hard to dispose of - they stick to everything and end up all over the place.
