I have ordered from Country Wine & Spirits twice. While the selection is good and the prices reasonable, both my orders experienced shipping problems. My last order took two weeks to arrive!
We ordered for a special event. We were elated to see 3-5 day arrival. We never did receive a trackable tracking number. After searching for and not finding a number to call we related our concern via email. The response turn around time was fairly prompt (within 48 hours) we were offered a replacement order. Furthering our time of receiving the order our event went in without our spirits. Sad news. We love thT we can get what we want for a reasonable price however the shipment time was not met!
I had an issue with the shipping of my order (not CW's fault, FedEx "lost" the package). They quickly responded to my email and sent a replacement order via Priority Mail. Very responsive to their customers!
With everything going on in 2020 this company charges five times the normal amount for a bottle of Blantons.
Initially, I had issues with the delivery of the product I ordered. When i called, the customer service I received was prompt, courteous, and competent. i have now received my delivery and i am a satisfied customer.
FedEx damaged my order. CW&S found out about it before I did and proactively shipped me a new undamaged order, plus gave me a $10 discount on a future order for the inconvenience. I didn't have to do anything to straighten out the problem.
My first order was processed and delivered quickly. My second order, however, was lost by FedEx. This is not the fault of CW Spirits. But I only found out it was lost when I got an "invalid tracking #" message from FedEx, at which time I reached out to CW Spirits and was told that FedEx lost the package, and CW Spirits was reshipping it to me via UPS. I wish CW Spirits had reached out to me to let me know about the delay upfront. Again, it wasn't their fault, and they did respond quickly when I emailed them. I will order from CW Spirits again, as the free shipping on orders over $125 Is something I haven't found with other purveyors.
I paid for overnight FedEx, when I looked up delivery date it stated 6 business days later for delivery. I sent a text to Country Wine, they stated they would overnight, this is 2 business days later. I should be refunded. Order came a total of 3 business days later. Overnight is almost $88.00. It was also said in texting, Country Wine was having some issues with FedEx.

There was a problem with shipping. Apparently FedEx broke a bottle and the package had to be returned to CWS. CWS notified me of the problem and kept me informed of the progress of the new shipment. Everything arrived as the new schedule said and was perfect.
My shipment (2 bottles of single malt whisky) was misplaced but then shipped at no cost to me, with a gift certificate as well. I appreciated the service.
Good pricing, and customer service is great. Got a follow-up email about my lost package but it was just delayed, the fact they told me was greatly appreciated.
Great service and follow up, package was held up by Fedex because of bad weather and CWS was tracking from their end and ready to reship.

I have now received two orders from Country Wine & Spirits. Except for two mishaps with the first courier on this purchase, I am very happy with Country Wine & Spirits! Will be purchasing again in the not distant future.
One wine was not available, so they replaced with a higher quality for the same price! Great people!
