Worst Experience that I had like a customer. Hope that maybe they will hire people who know how to do their job!
I ordered on 02/04 with The hope that I will get my order on 02/10 .
After I tried to Find out when my order will arrive, The lady Constanza that “help me out with my order and my issue” wanted to charge me exactly The amount that i paid for the bottles just to be sure my order it s gonna be there friday, not talking about that they kept me 3 days over the phone trying to explain that the order will not arrive if I will not pay more . After I told them it will be fine to arrive in Any day after that, they cancel my order when I asked them to not cancel Even if it s not gonna he friday . Short story , Even after I stayed over The phone for 4 days trying to get my order for my birthday, never got it, and now my money it s not Even back, they got me credits on The app shop.
