I made an online purchased but realised that I didn't change my delivery address as I have shifted to a new place. tried sending emails to you but till now no reply and u guys shipped my items to the wrong address instead of making ammendment to send to the right address provided in the email. Unresponsive.
I ordered this for next day delivery and paid £12:00 for this. But your courier let you down, well done DPD. So you really need to be sorting this with them. Thankfully your customer service was most helpful and refunded my delivery payment. But I isn’t get the service I was expecting.
I spent over £200 an was charged £5 for delivery and also £5 for the return delivery after I decided not to keep the trainers, this is totally unacceptable as with any other major retailer you get free delivery and free returns these guys are taking the piss
Ordered two identical Polo shirts (one white one black) both were in stock.

I ordered a Canada Goose jacket and a pair of boots just because the boots were at a good price. A few minutes after I received the order confirmation email I received another email that the jacket was cancelled. Now I only received the boots which I didn't need anyway. I should mention that when I put the jacket in the basket it
was mentioned that there were 10 more available. Very disappointing. First experience with Cruise and probably the last.
