I made an online purchased but realised that I didn't change my delivery address as I have shifted to a new place. tried sending emails to you but till now no reply and u guys shipped my items to the wrong address instead of making ammendment to send to the right address provided in the email. Unresponsive.
I ordered this for next day delivery and paid £12:00 for this. But your courier let you down, well done DPD. So you really need to be sorting this with them. Thankfully your customer service was most helpful and refunded my delivery payment. But I isn’t get the service I was expecting.

Deceptive and misleading, with discount codes sent with the apparent intention to entice under false pretences. Absolutely disgusted at this as well as the “customer service” I received. Will take my business elsewhere.
