the rep i was speaking to was very helpful he guided me through every of my cruise plan and flights very easy and quite quickly it was a good experience ,it is the first time i had booked a cruise thank you
We have always dealt with David Pettigrew at your company and have always received the same excellent, friendly and efficient service.
I have booked a cruise for the second time with cruise. The first cruise was just prior to the pandemic with cruise 1st were amazing! Unfortunately this time, the situation couldn't be more different! We have booked Australia in Jan next year, we donot want to fly direct due to the distance hence requested a stop-off both journeys are was advised the final details will be sorted nearer the date as we booked 18 months ahead. The communication has been awful and we are still in limbo as to what's happening with our stopover hence booking time off work, arranging airport parking etc is on hold which isn't great when you are trying to plan a holiday. I would advise everyone to take note before booking with a stopover in your itinerary!
Very unhappy! We booked our cruise and got our email with all the details saying that we had £360 onboard credit and complimentary parking. When I tried to book the parking the code I had was not recognised. I contacted customer service and was told that it was a mistake and it should have been £270 onboard credit and parking or £360 OBC and no parking! I pointed out that we were told £360 OBC and car parking and as far as I was concerned the email was a contract that should be honoured. It was NOT our mistake. However, the customer is not always right even when they are apparently!!
Sales was very good when we first booked and paid our deposited. On checking our confirmation there was no baggage allowance for our return flight and the post cruise hotel was not suitable. These needed to be amended. We emailed Grace but got no reply . Rang customer services and they would pass the message on to Grace . Still no reply. Emailed amendments. Still no reply. After 4 months and sending lots of emails still no phone call or emails. Grace just ignores all correspondence, customer services just pass the book. After threatening to contact ABTA I finally got a phone call . This is the worst cruise company I have ever dealt with.
