Awful experience from the start
Awful experience from start to now and we haven't even been on the cruise yet. Multiple mistakes were made by the booker which have led to all sorts of issues including us not being informed of itinerary changes before we finished paying for the cruise, so the place we wanted to visit is now no longer possible. The whole point of booking through an agent is supposed to be ease, but this whole process was made 10x worse by using an agent when I could have done this myself without all of the mistakes made. Do yourself a favour and just book the cruise yourself on the cruise operators website.

Previously booked with Cruise 1st and their customer service is excellent. No sales talk, but lots of great guidance.
On enquiry about the cruise which I eventually booked I was given various options including accommodation, deck, costs and discount entitlements as I had previous booked with Cruise 1st. Agent was extremely helpful and very polite.
