Courier Expert claims to be a transparent company, stating that drivers receive 60% of the amount paid by the customer. But after weeks of testing and cross-checking their system, we can confidently say: this is not true. Before writing this review, we tested the same scenario multiple times over several weeks, and the results were always the same. If you go on their website as a customer and request a quote, you will see one price. But the exact same job appears in the driver app with a lower “customer price,” and drivers are offered 60% based on that reduced figure — not the actual amount charged to the customer. I would attach a screenshot comparison, but unfortunately cannot at the moment. Still, any registered driver can verify this easily. This is not an isolated case or a technical glitch — it’s a consistent pattern. So Courier Expert, how do you explain advertising honesty and transparency while using two different pricing systems?

Better Payment Time And Working Mileage
What I don't like is you never get paid weekly. And for most jobs, you do twice the mileage and less pay like they want you to do about 170 miles including dead miles for £85. I want to see better pay for drivers. I don't understand why my payment needs to be with them for a whole month which to me that's unfair...

I needed a parcel picking up and delivering and im not a business and found courier expert online. It was so easy to set up the job needed and was updated in good time at each development. The parcel was collected and delivered before schedule which was great and would recommend this service. As im living in the states and the parcel was in the uk it made it so easy for me to have this completed
