But after weeks of testing and cross-checking their system, we can confidently say: this is not true. Before writing this review, we tested the same scenario multiple times over several weeks, and the results were always the same. If you go on their website as a customer and request a quote, you will see one price. But the exact same job appears in the driver app with a lower “customer price,” and drivers are offered 60% based on that reduced figure — not the actual amount charged to the customer. I would attach a screenshot comparison, but unfortunately cannot at the moment. Still, any registered driver can verify this easily. This is not an isolated case or a technical glitch — it’s a consistent pattern. So Courier Expert, how do you explain advertising honesty and transparency while using two different pricing systems?
