Courier Expert claims to be a transparent company, stating that drivers receive 60% of the amount paid by the customer. But after weeks of testing and cross-checking their system, we can confidently say: this is not true. Before writing this review, we tested the same scenario multiple times over several weeks, and the results were always the same. If you go on their website as a customer and request a quote, you will see one price. But the exact same job appears in the driver app with a lower “customer price,” and drivers are offered 60% based on that reduced figure — not the actual amount charged to the customer. I would attach a screenshot comparison, but unfortunately cannot at the moment. Still, any registered driver can verify this easily. This is not an isolated case or a technical glitch — it’s a consistent pattern. So Courier Expert, how do you explain advertising honesty and transparency while using two different pricing systems?

This a big scam They advertise the company as though your going to make ..the rates they show you are nothing compared to real rates they pa They are breaking the law The way they advertise the company but it all changes the moment they take your money n the site goes dead before they show you the map detailing that there are alot of jobs but unfortunately that's not the case. I wish I saved myself almost 100.pounds. While they sit on their backsides and scam us hard working people from our money. Then they pay you after a month!! You should be calling me ....see what I mean. . Now that you have our money ...its our job to chase you !! Thanks for making me feel a valued customers. The best thing is ..you don't even get a refund ..so how genuine are Your still SCAMMING US !!!

Great company, great service
I was sceptical at first but this company has provided me with work all over and I’m glad to be a part of it. I would definitely recommend to everyone whether you’re a courier, shipping company or just an individual needing a parcel delivered. You’re in the right hands. Can be a bit frustrating when you drive home after a job with an empty van when they give the job to someone else.

I don’t know how come people write good…
I don’t know how come people write good reviews bcz since i joined i stayed all day applying for jobs … but didn’t have them, saying that people closer they have priority , should be free of charge once you join, not 90£ and imagine that where you live you have to wait to have a job within 10 miles from collection point! This is s scam

Really glad I gave this a chance
I was really sceptical about how this would be. But honestly it has been really really good. The staff are super polite and helpful and have kept me bust with work. Of course you don't get every job you apply for but there is no need to worry because there is usually PLENTY of other opportunities. I'm really glad I signed up
