Perfect in Paris!!!

Ik vind het zo gek dat het aantal sterren zo laag is!Wij verbleven in Parijs-Champs Elysees en het was fantastisch.Natuurlijk is het duur en maakt het contactloze verblijf het een beetje onpersoonlijk maar áls er iets is,is er meteen iemand bereikbaar! Wij vonden het helemaal top!Locatie perfect,kamer perfect (midden in de drukte en toch helemaal stil) én dat dakterras is echt té lekker!

Great hotels, dishonest loyalty program procedure

I've stayed in citizenM hotels in a few cities around the world and always really enjoyed the experience but last year, they upgraded my account to the gratitude membership for free. I didn't do anything, it just happened. Today, they tried to take $120 from my account as a renewal. I find this incredibly sneaky. There was no warning that I would be charged unless I took action. It just feels really dishonest, especially as my initial upgrade was unsolicited. I likely won't use them again after this

Will come back

After a cancelled flight I got a last minute night in the Amsterdam Schipol hotel. The hotel is very close to the terminal. I had a good breakfast, nice bed and the most friendly staff I met during my whole Netherlands stay. Yes, the rooms are small but is an airport hotel, not made for long holidays and is making good use of the space. Loved the Ipad that controlled everything, the noise suppression room and the fact that the blinds really kept the room dark. Will definitely stay here again for short city breaks as better and cheaper than the hotel I had in Amsterdam

Size of the room

Size of the room, very small, few hairs in the bed, marks on the bed duvet cover sheet, some hairs on the shower tray floor. Sink is outside the shower and toilet cubicle. It seems everything is crammed in to a box room. Width of the room is the width of the bed. No tea or coffee in the room. With regards to the breakfast, pretty average, scrambled egg not nice, streaky bacon served, no salmon after being told by the staff there was. Lack of communication. Total price £355.00. Not good value for the price. Two positive comments, staff were friendly and views from the room and rooftop bar, very good.

Unable to contact the hotel - VERY BAD

The hotels have no e-mail address, the phone numbers are not working and the chat box keeps closing with a message saying that no chat box employee is available. This is such crap. I want to cancel my booking and the booking number is not working as well. BAD BAD company!!

Boede på CitizenM i Los Angeles…

Boede på CitizenM i Los Angeles Downtown. Lækkert hotel, fin rengøring, bar og morgenmad. Bem dog problem med at få rigtig varmt bad i badet - de arbejder dog på en løsning på dette. Desværre er vi efter forudbetalt ophold (booket på nettet) blevet opkrævet igen for ophold - helt uklart hvorfor! De er blot trukket igen på kreditkort! vi kan ikke finde noget kundeservice nummer eller email til hotel. Og ved telefonisk kontakt til andre CitizenM hører vi ingen tilbagemeldinger. Betaling er nu afvist af vores Bank. INGEN KUNDESERVICE- det er under lavmålet.

Never again

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, no fridge, window didn’t open, room was controlled via iPad, which crashed leaving us in the dark, tele turned itself off frequently, air con/heat didn’t work, and breakfast was a whopping 15 pounds, regardless of how little we ate. Items weren’t individually priced! So a definite no from me. The room was more like a pod and the other guests could be heard clearly

Fluctuating room prices

First off - I haven't stayed there yet! But I spent yesterday afternoon trying to book 3 separate rooms for myself and friends and found it a disappointing experience. The main issue was that the days for which I wanted to book had gone up in price (a lot!) between me researching last weekend and then actually booking - so it seems to work like Easyjet - the prices move around. This morning I tried to book another room and found the price had gone up by a few more pounds. The other issue was that the website seemed to get confused because I was booking 3 rooms - 2 for 2 nights and 1 for 1 night. Eventually I downloaded their app to my phone and it seemed to work much better. The Tower of London CitizenM has been recommended for an event I am attending, so I am hoping the recommendation will prove well-founded. Time will tell.

Had the best time at the Bowery hotel…

Had the best time at the Bowery hotel in New York. After a long journey I had the the best welcome by one of their friendly employees. The room was great, location is perfect, and wonderful view of the city from the room!! And if that's not enough, there's always the rooftop bar :) Will definitely come back - thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hotellets faciliteter og service er i top! Vi har under vores ophold i København, besøgt 5 forskellige hoteller og prisklasser. CitizenM er klart bedst i pris, kvalitet og beliggenhed. Nyt og moderne koncept. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme og værelserne er pæne, mordene og udstyret med en seng så stor at der er plads til drømmeland. Stor anbefaling herfra af dette nye hotel concept!

Once great, now dreadful.

We only use the Tower Bridge Hotel, have done for 5 years now, three times a year. Sadly the standards from cleanliness, check in ease and just overall service have seriously declined the three visits. Also since Citizen prices have risen exponentially, others now offer better value. Decided after last trip to no longer use or recommend. The last visit ended with with a serious overcharging issue (again) that, was only resolved once the card company was involved. Mistakes happen, its how you deal with them that makes the difference. So long guys, it was great while it lasted, take care.
