I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Been with this agency from 2020 up until a few weeks ago. They started out as pure move and I’ve had nothing but excellent services from them, especially Peter, who goes above and beyond to resolve any issues may they arise. Both friendly and professional and I’ve never had any problems the whole 4 years I’ve rented from this agency. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Very fair, understanding and trustworthy. Lovely people and lovely company to be involved with.

Charters were by far the best agents we have dealt with over the past few months. Ella and Andy were accommodating during the house views and polite every step of the way , even with our endless enquiries. Martha, took over pre tenancy arrangements, she kept us up to date with every step and gave great personalized customer service whilst making us feel valued as tenants .

It was difficult to rent for us as we were living overseas but Charters made the experience a lot easier than the majority of other estate agents in Farnham - Kirstie Stone persisted by forwarding properties and vouched for us with landlords when we weren’t able to attend viewings. I would highly recommend this company for anyone seeking rented accommodation in the area.
