I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if youโre looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! Sheโs attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question Iโve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!

We were looking for a family short term rental house due to an insurance problem with our home. Ashley Lovell @ the team at Charters were very helpful offering properties trying to matched our criteria given the limited options on the market at the time. Ash was very thorough and helpful sending emails and following up with phone calls. Although we found a property with a different company, we certainly were impressed with Charters as a company.

Recently we've had to find our next home and we've came across Charters Estate Agency. We've had two viewings with the lovely Lily who couldn't be more helpful. She answered all of our questions and concerns and with her help now we've been accepted for a lovely home in which hopefully we'll be able to move in shortly. Also I would like to mention an other very helpful colleague called Harrison. I've spoken with him over the phone few times and equally he's been very helpful every time.
