I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if youβre looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! Sheβs attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question Iβve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

The staff are very helpful, they are a pleasure to do business with, a professional approach to all aspects. Estate Agents do not come better than Charters and I would highly recommend them to others. Phil who did the valuation is a "gem" and Lisa who showed me around a property i viewed, was an absolute sweetie.

This is the third time we are moving and all three times were with Charters. This time we were advised to go with another agent and after 5 months of no interest, Charters stepped in and sold our property within a month. Our most recent experience of Charters estate agents was last weekend when Sue Phillips showed us around a property in Chandlers Ford. Sue was a delight and her respectful approach for the vendors property and their animals, was a joy to see. She put us at ease and we never felt rushed, despite knowing we had booked to view a second property. If I was selling my house in this area I would be very pleased if Sue was providing the viewing. Her knowledge of the area was excellent and she answered our questions fully and with little extra nuggets of information added for good measure. A lovely person who has the balance of professionalism and friendly just right, a winning combination. Thank you Sue.

We bought and sold with Charters Bishops Waltham. Excellent service with lots of viewings, feed back on viewings and final buyer.
