I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if youβre looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! Sheβs attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question Iβve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Cheryl and Ella at the Southampton office were very polite and really friendly. Pretty much anything I asked for they sorted with ease. I really appreciated their reply time especially to my emails whenever I had any questions or queries.π

Phil in the Southampton office gave us great advice when we went to market. This resulted in us selling our house in the first week after multiple viewings. Charters also listened to our needs and suggested a viewing on a house which we would not have found on our own. Once the house was sold, Lisa has been a fabulous progress checker, coordinating and encouraging all the parties in the chain. Highly recommend their service.

Was looking for an apartment to rent in Southampton as I was transferring from Sheffield. Sophie Pickering made the necessary transition very smooth and was very professional throughout. Communication was very smooth and prompt too. Would definitely recommend and use Charters in the future for my real estate needs.

This is way overdue - I had my flat rented through Charters, and not only was it a really difficult time for me but finding the right tenant was challenging. Gary (who I met a couple of times at first who leads the tennency team - Who I have nicknamed The Lettings Legends) was a complete star. NOT ONLY was he helpful, patient and compassionate but he was so much fun to talk to, he made a difficult time so much more enjoyable and many laughs were had. Ashley, a complete hero - he worked tirelessly to find me someone. He never pushed, and he had my best interests at heart the whole time and was communicative throughout. Sarah as well was brilliant popping out late despite being stood up a few times. They all worked actively and diligently to find me someone. Did it take longer than we all would have liked? Yes. Was it a painful one with dropouts and dissapointments? Yes. Did they work tirelessly throughout? Yes. Did I eventually find a wonderful tenant well worth the wait? YES! I am so grateful to the team. It was a pleasure even when it got difficult and it was a perfect result. Thank you guys - you are the best!π
