I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Communicate was very good , especially Jo Goddard. Always giving a good and honest update of where we were in the process and what needed doing. we were always about to get hold of someone or speak to them in a timely manner.

A big thank you to Simon Edser and Charters. I have know “Mr Chilworth “ as Simon is known locally for 35 years since he helped me look for a home in the area. Over the years he’s always been exceptionally professional in every aspect, never getting frustrated if what he presented wasn’t quite my ideal. I am indebted to him as he presented to me an opportunity to buy off plan one of the finest houses in Chilworth way before any other agent had a sniff of the opportunity and whilst it was still just a tree filled plot. I went into contract and despite the long wait of 18 months I have indeed achieved ownership of one of the finest Chilworth homes.
