I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Extremely professional and efficient service. Once photos and measurements were collected, it took less than 24 hours for our sales brochure to be produced and go live! Excellent service, thank you!

Highly recommend Jake in Chandler’s Ford Branch. His patient, proactive and responsive are much appreciated. My family and I moved from city with high-rise buildings to UK which is totally different concepts of residential properties. Charters has provided chances to show us different type of property and the areas. It is a long journey of home searching for 6 months. Finally, we put our offer and it got accepted in a few hours’ time. That is amazing !! and Charters probably the Best Estate Agent to worked with.

I viewed a couple of properties that were on the market with Charters. Cameron, who most of contact was with, was very helpful and often called to offer viewings at new properties and enquire about what sort of properties I was interested in.

Second time renting through Charters, and I couldn’t ask for more! Both times Kirstie Stone has helped me find the right property and I totally feel that she is able to understand my needs and help me achieve them. Any questions or concerns that I have had Kirstie is able to help, and I couldn’t fault my experience with her. Chatters as a company are also great and extremely fast fixing a small issue with the boiler. Highly recommend.

I recently contacted Charters about purchasing a home as a first time buyer and had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan. Ryan was fantastic in assisting me and answering my questions. He also put me on touch with Megan, a great mortgage broker who assessed my situation and gave me a better understanding of where I am on my home ownership journey. While in the end i was not yet ready to buy a house the care and service I received from Ryan and Charters was exceptional and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agency. I will definitely be using them in future once I'm ready to take plunge into home ownership. Thanks Ryan for all the help!
