I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if youβre looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! Sheβs attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question Iβve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!

We wanted to offer our sincere thanks to Jo Goddard in looking after our purchase in Whiteley. The chain was a lengthy 6 persons covering many dynamics but Jo was an absolute star and showed great determination and patience in dealing with anything that was thrown at her. We have had a good experience with Charters selling our flat and buying a property. We used the Southampton branch to sell, with our sales progessor being based at Chandlers Ford. A buyer was found quickly and we were kept in the loop as our sale and purchase proceeded. If we ever needed to contact Charters it was always easy to do so both by email and phone. We would happily use them again and recommend them.

Excellent service provided for a residential landlord. Terms of business set out clearly. Very professional approach by people in Charters. Were frank and honest about prospective tenants giving good advice on who to avoid and decline. Advised well on negotiating the rent when offers received.
