I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

I've had a great experience with the Charters Winchester Team. They have kept me informed throughout the process of buying my new house and always been responsive. A big shout out to Alice MacKonochie and Ollie Purvis who have both been a massive help along with way.

Very impressed with the professional approach to relisting our property. We had inadequate particulars from our other agent. Darcy was a delight to deal with at appraisal and progressing our listing.
