I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

We bought our first home through Charters. What an amazing team! Tilly was so patient and helpful everytime we’d like to book a viewing. I can’t tank enough Jo! Thanks to her we could manage to complete to process in time. She was always in touch with us via email and calls. She kept us updated during the entire process and was a great bridge between solicitors, seller and ourselves. Thank you so much for everything!

Never in all of my time house searching have I found someone as helpful as Shannon Wilton and Isabella Carlile. Searching for a house proved to be very tricky, on both parties, but Shannon and Isabella never gave up on us. The only reason I stopped pursuing with Charters was because we had been accepted on an offer for a property with a different company closer to all of our jobs. However, if you are ever in a position where you are on a timeframe to move out and into a new home, I guarantee Shannon and Isabella will be just as much help to you as they were to us, and I hope in a year or so to come, I can have the luxury of working with them again to secure myself a home, as there is no one more helpful and willing to work with the intention and the intention to help yourself only, than these two at Charters.

Darcy, Stacey and the team at Charters have been fabulous, from calling me when the property came back onto the market unexpectedly, to making sure I got a second viewing quickly, and keeping in touch to let me know what’s happening. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend them wholeheartedly
