I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if youβre looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! Sheβs attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question Iβve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Viewings were booked and accompanied by Fred . He was well versed in the properties we looked at and answered all our questions . Or fred found out anything he didn't have to hand . Overall a good experience.

I called Charters Estate Agents regarding a property that had just been advertised and was put through to Harry Fisher. We were on a very tight schedule and Harry managed to arrange for us to view the property with in a couple of hours after speaking with him. Harry met us at the property. His appearance and knowledge was very professional and he had answers to all of our questions. We were successful. Great job Harry.
