I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

While I didn't end up finding my home via Charters, it wasn't for lack of trying or help provided on their part. Specifically Elle, from the Winchester branch, went above and beyond what I expected, with investigating a specific issue with a property on my behalf, and in general trying to find the right home for myself and my partner. Always professional and pleasant to deal with, a 'human' which is a term i use as a term of great praise, very easy to communicate with. I would certainly reach out, if I am in need of their services again.

I have dealt with Charters a few times and the experience has always been really positive. The Winchester team are experienced and professional (produce very high quality particulars of sale), but they are also friendly, helpful and supportive. Most recently Paul Stephens was hugely helpful with good advice on my property and the market locally. This company really values it’s clients.
