I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Selling a house can be very stressful so it is really important to have a team of professionals on your side. Communication is the key and this is certainly one of the reasons I would recommend Charters team. There were different issues that came up throughout the process and I felt that Charters represented by best interests throughout. I would like to particularly thank Amy and her sales team, with a particular thank you to Jo my Sales Progressor who liased with all parties and kept me up to date and fully informed which took a lot of pressure off me.

Unfortunately the process of selling our house has been a long one due to issues in our chain and then ultimately the house needing to be re-listed late in the process. We must thank Charters throughout this whole process though. They have kept us frequently informed with updates and have chased various aspects on our behalf. A huge thank you to Stephen, the sales progressor, who has been fantastic throughout the whole process. Always willing to help and never let off with his determination in order to get the sale across the line. Thank you to the whole team at Charters and we would not hesitate in recommending them and would more than happy to use them in the future.
