I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if youβre looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! Sheβs attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question Iβve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!

I undertake repairs and maintenance for Charters enabling tenants to enjoy the comfort of their homes. I often receive works orders from Laura Hayward and she is excellent at keeping me informed on the progress of a repair and provides detailed information and photos to enable the repair to be carried out right first time!
