I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Emma from the Fareham branch has been fantastic. We are looking to buy our first property, she listened to what we was looking for and showed us all the properties in that criteria. Although we are still looking for our ideal family home, but I must say Isabella is one of the nicest, most helpful and available estate agents I've ever delt with, and I moved around a bit. Shannon always showed us around as well, greeting us with her positivity and smile. This just helps reduce stress during the search process!

I would recommend Charters in Gosport as they were so accommodating each time I wanted another veiwing and I had a few . Adam and Maya were proffesional polite and very honest and friendly and nothing was too much trouble . The process took exactly 12 weeks which is pretty quick as things go these days. It is a stressful process at times and when I called to query something they always got back to me promptly . I am now in my new place and loving it. Thank you Maya and Adam for your help in finding my forever home .

We have been looking for a home here in Warsash/Locks Heath over the last few months and so have met Sarah a handful of times. Always waiting for us when we arrive, we find her a most personable and friendly person with whom we easily establish a good rapport. She is always very knowledgeable about the property we’re viewing and able to answer our questions as well as point out key aspects we may have missed. We last met with Sarah at Raley Road when she was her usual bright and cheery self taking us around the property in a relaxed way, explaining some of the facilities such as the heat pump and then allowed us considerable time showing us round the house again.
