I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

We recently rented a house in Chandler's Ford through Charters and had an excellent experience. I’d like to especially thank Shannon and Rosie, who were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. They were highly professional, responded promptly to all our queries, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Their support and attention to detail really made a difference during what can often be a stressful time. Charters was by far the most expensive estate agent but you can see why. It was the first time I had sold a property ad Stephen the sales progressor was incredible. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and the sale went through seamlessly. I cannot recommend them enough.

Many thanks to Charters for a great experience buying our first home. I found the whole team to be incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process from the first viewing to picking up the keys. They were happy to answer my many questions and arrange extra viewings for us.
