Many thanks to Charters for a great experience buying our first home. I found the whole team to be incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process from the first viewing to picking up the keys. They were happy to answer my many questions and arrange extra viewings for us. I appreciated that they stayed in touch even at moments when there was no update, to reassure us and make sure we weren't left wondering what was happening.
