I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if youβre looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! Sheβs attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question Iβve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

I asked my Daughter to introduce herself to Zoe and to Kelsey who deal with renting in Fareham and now Gosport, Zoe called me a few times about properties and has subsequently been so attentive and helpful. My daughter has a disability which makes things in this field difficult. From start to finish a faultless service and delightful to be contacted rather than having to chase... Absolutely recommend Zoe and the fareham and gosport office.

Our house was sold (STC) within two weeks. A property valuation that truely matched the current market trends, extremely good photographs and a polite and very professional approach from the whole team. Viewers were checked for creditability and therefore our time was not wasted by people who could not proceed. All brilliant.
