I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Not having sold or bought a property for over 25 years, I didn’t know where to start. I wanted a company that also managed leased properties to give me enough information to decide whether to sell or rent out. Beales now Charters provided this, so therefore when I decided to sell I put the property on the market with them. I was happy with the way they kept me informed of viewings and the stages we were at during the sale. I was happy with the service I received and would use them again.
