I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

I would like to express my thanks to Peter Nobbs at Park Gate. We have rented our home for the last 9 years - the last 3 through Peter. Sadly we are now moving on but I’d like to say how kind, professional, efficient & courteous Peter has always been with us. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he has dealt with any problems that have arisen promptly. Overall renting through Charters has been a really positive experience.

Excellent service from Simon Edser in the Southampton branch. His knowledge of the local area and property history was extremely valuable, after only one previous viewing he knew what was important to us in finding our next home and nailed it, the second property we viewed was our dream property in our desired location, 10/10, 100% I can't praise Simon highly enough.
