I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

As an overseas landlord, I rely on local agents to manage my property in Fleet, Hampshire. My longterm tenants gave notice and I have been very happy with the friendly and well-organised service of the team who marketed the property for rent and found a new tenant really fast. We dealt with the assistant lettings manager - Kirstie - who was wonderfully helpful in organising a quick viewing and subsequently the relevant paperwork. We are incredibly happy with the property and service provided by Kirstie (who is a lovely individual to deal with) no question was too arduous for her.
