I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

The whole rental process was made very easy. Shelby in particular was very helpful and always happy to answer any questions I had making everything as stress free as possible. Would highly recommend charters for any future tenants/buyers.

Ellie from the Bitterne office has been an absolute pleasure to go through everything with! What a wonderful impression Charters of Southsea have made on me. My initial dealing with Ben was memorable and professional. I then dealt with Victoria, who persuaded me to consider using them as my agents due to her enthusiastic and knowledgeable approach. I later met Rebecca and her sunny and genuine persona led me to believe that I had certainly made the best choice and that she would do everything possible to promote my property. Edward came round to value my property and impressed me so much with his warm nature and professionalism. I really believe they will do everything possible to find me a buyer and portray my property in the best way. Honestly could not have asked for a better service.
