A great rate but better instructions needed on arrival

A great rate for the car we got, but a challenge getting the car. Once we had it it was fine and the piece of mind insurance is great. When we arrived at destination (heathrow) it was not clear where to pick the car up. We had emailed separately in advance, but it was still not clear where to go. On pick up the "budget" who provided the car attempted to negotiate a new deal and add significant costs, part of this was claiming we had no insurance. At 5am in the morning with small kids running around it was confusing and could have cost us a lot more $$. I think the structure of the policy, with separate insurance certificate, needs to be explained more clearly to help here. I've needed to check my credit card each month to double check that budget don't charge me as well, which is not ideal...

Used them for years

Used them for years, always seem to get a better deal than going directly. Sometimes seems a little sketchy when they send you a voucher and say you have to print it but it always works out.

Found very easy when arriving to pick…

Found very easy when arriving to pick car up. Car was nice and clean and great for what we needed it for. There however are areas that can be better. I didn’t receive a report on any damages on car when we picked car up and had money come out of my account with out any notice of why this money came out. Clients should be notified before any money is taken. I still don’t know why.

Booked to collect at Budget - No car or refund given

Booked a car and went to collect at Budget. Didn't give me the car even though I provided everything they asked, couldn't contact Carrentals to sort for me and they are now arguing to give me a reason. DO NOT USE
