Prices changed and the full tank to full was not followed as the car I hired had very little fuel on pick up

Very disappointed with my experience. Not only was the issued made worse by the awful service from the women that worked at Avis. The booking needed to be amended before picking up the car. Avis couldn't do anything and asked me to speak to the people I booked the car with. Trying to find a phone number for carrentals was a challenge. And even when I did get through I got told it was the wrong department. Several calls later ended up back at the same call centre and they did resolve it. Shocking.

Carrentals were great - although we struggled to 'find' the actual rental company (Budget) once we got to our destination - no instructions on our booking info. Budget, were ok, although their Baby Seats are terrible and don't fit, and don't thinking of asking one of the staff to help you... coz they wont

Pick up was good. Well h a nd led by agent. New car that was very God to drive. Drop off was good there was an agent there to check car in. There were no issues so thought that was it. Have found out that I have been charged an extra days hirsute to late return of car. It was not returned late in fact it was earlier than required on the hire document. When will I have the overcharge returned to me.
